| Rikko has officially inspired me to write in my xanga.
October is here... again. That's crazy. I remember last October like it was just here.. Anyway, I'm looking forward to cooler weather and getting into the fall feelingl; it's nice. This month will go by fast... in a couple weeks I'm going to Santa Fe with the art club, and I'm pretty excited about that because I've never been to that part of the country (plus miss some school  ). I guess most things are going pretty well, though I'm already wishing for Thanksgiving break... or Christmas...
It would be really nice to get away somewhere as cheesy as that sounds I'm really serious. Like doesn't even have to be that far... just somewhere for a few days with some friends would be really cool sometime. Yeah, I got no details.. I just form these broad things in my head.
So I'm dressing up like a pirate at school on Thursday, and that should be interesting.
I don't really have much else to say; I'm bad at keeping a journal but maybe I should... It could probably help me a little. I need a good show to go crazy at... it's been a while. I need a good loud punk show =). I'm missing Social D and The Casualties while I'm in Santa Fe, and something like that is just what I need. But I'm excited about Reel Big Fish/ Streetlight/ Westbound in November... HELL YESSSS!!! I just don't want to think about things that I shouldn't be thinking about... grades/ college/ etc. There's no need to worry about it, but it amuses me how many of my friends are always talking about it; their juniors... they have plenty of time. Whatever, I guess I'm just more laid back about it even though that may not last... I'm pretty chill about it, and I know I will stay in Georgia. It just makes me feel kinda sad when I hear everyone talking about being really far away. Do I just need to grow up and start thinking big.. or am I just responding completely normal. whateverr. I'm gonna get in bed. Nighttt.

hm, well I'm updating here.
today was an okay day, I suppose. last night I colored in my little paint by numbers Allison sent me. it's a unicorn. I haven't done one of those since I was little so it was fun. next time I write David, I'm totally sending it to him, haha. I haven't heard from him in a while, but I guess things are going okay. The NYC trip with Monika was totally kick ass.... ska show ruled. Well, I got a lotta school shit this week, but none the less I'm still pretty chill, which is really good. I stress out for no reason sometimes and it's just really stupid. I decided to just go with the flow of school and eventually it will be over and summer will be here again. then, before I know it... school will be back and I'll be a sophomore. summer seems to go by so faster each year. but not to worry about that now. I just need to make it to May, and I have confidence even if it gets fucky every now and then. well, I think I'm gonna go finish my Salinger book because I haven't been able to read it lately, busy with other junk... it's a good book, I reccomend Franny and Zooey. Salinger kicks ass. anyways, hope everyone has a good night... and see ya later, no one quite ever reads this so i guess it's for my benefit.
